Dr.Chef Vinoth Kumar

Is of Tirunelveli native. He was born and brought up in a middle-class family in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Dr. Vinoth has always had an ardent passion towards Carving and Culinary industry which he developed into his career path. His hard working nature and quest for knowledge have rewarded him with success in leaps and bounds that he is now among the renowned and top-ranked Chefs in India.

Boasts over 27 years of experience in the hotel and catering industry. Throughout his career, he has garnered numerous awards and accolades while working with esteemed hospitality giants such as Le Royal Meridien, Taj Air Caterers, and Hotel Abu Palace. A world record holder in carving, Chef Vinoth has been featured in prestigious platforms like the Guinness Book of World Records, Limca Book of Records, and Asia Book of Records. He holds a Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Technology (DHMCT) and an MBA.

In addition to his role of SAI Institute, Chef Vinoth handles large-scale carving display contracts for corporate and high-net-worth individual clients. He is also an active member of the World Association of Chefs Societies, the South India Culinary Association, and the Indian Federation of Culinary Associations.
